DEPOSITION CONTROL to keep boiler tube surfaces clean and scale-free, reducing operating costs. As little as 1/32” of scale can result in an 8% increase in boiler fuel usage and costs. While pretreatment removes
a high level of calcium and magnesium, additional treatment is necessary to keep hardness and iron deposits from tube surfaces.
NEUTRALIZATION OF CARBONIC ACID to maintain proper pH within system. Carbonic acid is present in your system due to the naturally occurring alkalinity from the make-up water.
